NextGen Youth Society was founded to address a critical gap in youth development across Bangladesh. Many organizations were hosting "skill sessions" in name only — wasting young people's time without delivering real value or practical learning. We were created to change that. As a community service organization and NGO volunteer program, our purpose is clear: help youth learn real skills, connect with trusted mentors, and stay protected from misleading programs disguised as skill development.

Our vision is to build a community where youth can learn for free, grow with guidance from experienced mentors and entrepreneurs, and become future-ready with practical knowledge. We aspire to become the most reliable charity organization in Bangladesh where youth come not just to participate — but to truly learn, build, and lead.
Our mission is to empower youth across Bangladesh through free weekly skill sessions and workshops led by well-known mentors, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Every week, as part of our youth volunteer program, we provide practical learning experiences completely free so that young people can learn real-world skills in an accessible way.
At the end of each session, participants receive certificates recognizing their effort and participation. Beyond online learning, NextGen Youth Society plans to host 1–2 offline events every year where members can perform, showcase their skills, present ideas, and connect with one another in person — strengthening community service and humanitarian aid efforts for youth in Bangladesh.
